The Event Services Department handles the scheduling needs for almost all on-campus activities and the Student Union with efficiency and skill. With ten meeting rooms in the Student Union, table rentals, the SPX Gym, South Campus, the 7th Street BBQ pits and volleyball area, 9th Street Plaza, classroom locations, and the Art Quad, there are many places on campus to hold an event. In addition to all of this, Event Services also arranges for the rental and use of audio, visual, and lighting equipment.
