Note: A request for a room/facility doesn't confirm that the room/facility is reserved for your organization. If you don't receive confirmation or don't meet the deadlines outlined in the Student Union reservation policy, the event will be canceled. Please refer to the Event Guide and Insurance Requirements for more information.

Special Requirements


Food

Food brought from the outside needs to be approved by Spartan Catering (Food and Drink Agreement).
If you are planning on using Spartan Catering, you need to arrange that two weeks prior to your event.


Sound & Lighting

Use the Audio Visual Service Request Form to request audio/video equipment and light for scheduled events.
In addition, events that need stage light and amplified sound need to meet with the Event Coordinator.
