OUTSIDE VENUES
Spartan Memorial
The Spartan Memorial is open on a regular basis, Monday-Friday, when the University is in session and at other times by special arrangement. Organizations or groups wishing to use the Memorial for formal meetings, initiations, lectures or programs, may schedule the occasion in the Student Union Scheduling Office. Individual use for contemplation, reflection or meditation is encouraged at any time the Memorial is not otherwise reserved. More info is available at the Event Services Office at (408)924-6300

100	Weddings: $200.00
	Groups or Individuals: Free to the University community,
	$50.00 per hour for all others.
	Custodial service: $50.00 per hour

Art Quad and Student Union Amphitheater
To reserve the Amphitheater or the Art Quad for a concert or event, the Scheduling Office needs a detailed description of the event. Amplified sound is allowed from 12:00 Noon to 1:00pm only in the amphitheater. Because there are classrooms and offices very close to the amphitheater, the policy must be strictly enforced. Tower Lawn/Fountain Area
The Tower/Fountain Area is available on a limited basis for organized activities such as the Blues Festival, and as an area where students can relax and enjoy the open space and California weather.
