Listening Devices:
Listening devices
are available at the lower Media/Disabled entrance. Behavior:
We strongly encourage guest participation and enthusiasm at
arena events. However, guests may not offend others or be
unreasonably abusive to other guests, players, or staff. Any
guest who engages in disruptive or abusive behavior will be asked
to leave the premises. Doors
Open/Re-admittance Policy: Typically, doors open 60 minutes
prior to event start time. The Arena has a "no readmission"
policy. Once guests have entered through the main gates they will
not be allowed to exit and reenter. Feedback:
The Event Center Arena welcomes your input about our events, staff,

Aid: There is a First Aid room located on-site at the arena.
If you or another guest needs medical attention please alert a member
of the Event Staff. You will be escorted to the First Aid room if
necessary. Guest
Services: Guest Services is located at the lower Media
/ Disabled entrance. You may speak with any event staff at this
location with questions and/or comments. Information
Line: The Event Center Box Office Information line provides
up-to-date information on upcoming arena events, parking/directions,
general information, office hours/phone numbers and the opportunity
to leave us a message in our voice mail box. This phone number is

& Found: To inquire about lost items please contact
the Event Center Administration Office at (408) 924-6300 M-F 9:00am-5:00pm.
Restrooms: There are four men's and four women's restrooms
located along the Concourse and two men's and two women's restrooms
located on the Arena Floor Level. Smoking:
The Event Center Arena is a smoke-free facility. Smoking
is NOT permitted anywhere inside the facility. Smoking is permitted
on the upper patio and outside the Media / Disabled Entrance only. Telephones:
There are pay phones located on all four corners of the
concourse level and across from the restrooms on the Arena Floor
Level for guests of the arena. Cameras
and Video: The use of video or audio recorders is
not permitted, except by accredited members of the press.
Still cameras (without flash) can be brought in to most events,
although shooting areas are limited to ticketed seats. Equipment
should not be obtrusive to other patrons. Please note that camera
policies may differ on certain events due to the requirements of
a particular show. Laser
Pens: Any type of laser pens or laser object is prohibited
from the Arena. Any such device is dangerous to both your
fellow fan and to the players on the court. Any fan found
carrying such an object is subject to dismissal from the building
as well as confiscation of the object. In addition, any game
delay created by the use of such object by a fan can result in a
penalty to the home team. Noise-making
Devices: No extraneous noise-making devices shall
be permitted inside the Arena. These items include, but are
not limited to: horns, whistles, air horns, cymbals, cow bells,
bugels. Throwing
Objects: For the safety of all, patrons must refrain
from throwing any objects in the stands or onto the playing surface
or stage. Patrons who do not comply will be asked to leave
the Arena.
