Saturday: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Monday - Friday: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
On event days, the box office will remain open until half time or the start of the main act. For Saturday event days, the box office will open at 12:00 PM.
ParkingFree parking for box office purchases is available in the 20 minute section of the 7th Street Garage. For directions to the garage, please visit the Directions & Parking page.
TicketingTickets to all Event Center events can be purchased in person at the box office during normal hours of operation for no additional service fee. The box office does not accept phone orders.
Tickets can be purchased online and over the phone through Ticketmaster only. To purchase tickets, visit the Ticketmaster website or call (800) 745-3000.
Student DiscountSome events held at the Event Center offer a Student Discount. To qualify for the discount you must present a valid Student ID at time of purchase. If the photo on your Student ID is worn or damaged, you must also present a valid government issued photo ID with a matching first and last name.
Limited quantities available at the Box Office only. Limit 2 per student.
Types of Payments AcceptedThe box office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Checks are not accepted.
Will CallWill Call tickets are available for pick up 2 hours prior to show time on the day of the event. Patrons must present a photo I.D. and the credit card used for purchase to claim will call.
Refunds, Exchanges and UpgradesRefunds, exchanges, and upgrades are not available.
Lost TicketsFor lost tickets purchased at the Event Center Box Office for Event Center events only, customers must know the date the tickets were purchased, the method of payment used to purchase the tickets, and all of the seating information (section, row, and seat numbers) in order for replacement tickets to be issued. Contact the Event Center Box Office at (408) 924-6333 to have replacement tickets available for pick up no sooner than the date of the event at the Event Center Box Office. For lost tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, contact customer service directly at (800) 745-3000.
Stolen TicketsFor stolen tickets purchased at the Event Center Box Office for Event Center events only, customers must have a police report stating tickets were stolen. Contact the Event Center Box Office at (408) 924-6333 to have replacement tickets available for pick up no sooner than the date of the event at the Event Center Box Office. For stolen tickets purchased through Ticketmaster, contact customer service directly at (800) 745-3000.
Cancelled or Rescheduled EventsIf an event is cancelled, tickets can be taken back to point of purchase for a refund. If the event is postponed, patrons can hold on to their tickets until a new date is scheduled or tickets can be refunded at the original point of purchase.
Child AdmissionFor most events, children under 24 months do not require a ticket to enter, provided that they sit on an adult's lap and do not occupy a seat. However, in order for a child to have his/her own seat, a ticket is required.
Backstage PassesBackstage passes are supplied by the tour and can never be purchased. The Event Center does not have access to backstage passes.
Accessible Seating & Tickets
Accessible seating is available on the concourse behind sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 14, 15, 16 and 17. When purchasing accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating to ensure proper accommodations. Accessible tickets are available for purchase at the Event Center Box Office and all Ticketmaster outlets. When purchasing from Ticketmaster online, select the event and click on the 'Request Accessible Tickets' icon.
