Reserving a Table (more
information) Tables outside the Student
Union may be reserved through the Event Services Office (3rd Floor, Student
Union) for recruiting, advertising, passing out information, or vending. Concerning Vending If selling food,
fill out the Food
and Drink Agreement and bring it to Michele Gendreau for approval (Spartan
Shops Dining Services Office located in the Old Cafeteria Building).
If selling merchandise, take the Table Policies form to Spartan Bookstore
for approval and then return the form to Event Services. Banner Scheduling (more
information) Banner space is available
at the following locations:
- Student Union (6 spaces
available)
- Sweeney Hall (4 spaces
available)
- 7th Street Garage (6
spaces available)
The banner may be scheduled
for five consecutive days. Five more days may be scheduled on the last day.
The banner must be removed on the last day by the reserver.When reserving
the 7th Street garage, the reserver must take the banner and confirmation
print-out to the attendant at the garage for approval. The banner must not
cover any
wording on the garage. Campus
