The
Student Union Event Services Office offers
Audio-Visual services to complement your meeting or event. Easels
and portable blackboards are provided at no extra cost. Any request
for additional room set-ups or room changes will be subject
to service fees. See the Audio-Visual page for detailed information
about equipment, services and prices. Organizations will be
charged for the Barrett Ballroom P.A. when not paying room
fees. All organizations
or departments wanting the building open after normal operating hours
will incur building charges. Prices and terms subject to change
without notice.
For more information call: 408/924-6300 CANCELLATION POLICY Campus Organizations: The Scheduling Office will require a 48 hours cancellation notice for any scheduled events. If no cancellation is made, a written warning will be given to the organization / department, notifying them of their "no-show". A second "no-show" will result in a $15.00 fee. A third "no-show" will result in a $15.00 fee and a loss of scheduling privileges. Off-Campus Organizations and Groups: A cancellation notice given 10 days or less will result in charges of 50% of the assessed fees for the scheduled event. If a group gives less than 72 hours notice, the group will be assessed 100% of fee charges. NOTE: Ballroom / Loma Prieta: Will require a 30-day cancellation notice or group/sponsor will be assessed $75.00.
