Food
Food brought from the outside needs to be approved by Spartan
Catering (Food
and Drink Agreement).
If you are planning on using Spartan Catering, you need to arrange
that two weeks prior to your event.
Sound & Lighting
Use the Audio Visual Service Request Form to
request audio/video equipment and light for scheduled events.
In addition, events that need stage light and amplified sound need to meet
with the Event Coordinator.
