The Student Union Audio Visual Department provides sound, lighting, and audio-visual services for non-academic events in the Student Union and around the campus. Concert sound, theatrical lighting, VCR's, projectors, and many other services are available at student prices.

*Additional labor fees are applicable.
**Any event exceeding a 250 person estimated attendance requires an Event Supervisor. For every 250 attending the event, one additional Event Supervisor is required.
***Organizations and Groups: A cancellation notice given 10 days or less preceding the event will be charged 50% of the assessed fees for the scheduled event. Notices of less than 72 hours will be assessed 100% of fee charges.
