Aquatic Center
The Aquatic Center at San Jose State University is one of the largest outdoor pools in California, featuring daily lap swimming, recreational swimming, and diving boards. The pool is accessible for currently enrolled SJSU Students with a valid Tower ID card, SJSU Faculty/Staff and community members. A day use pass or membership may be purchased by SJSU Faculty/ Staff and community members.

Aquatic Center will be CLOSED May 22
Beginning May 22, the Aquatic Center will be CLOSED until further notice due to renovations, which will better serve the campus community. Memberships that extend beyond May 22 will be compensated for the closure

Pool Use (see our policy page for a complete list of rules)
- Appropriate Swim Attire must be worn in the pool - this EXCLUDES street clothes.
- Only rash guard/swim suit material is allowed
- There are no exceptions.
- Only Coast Guard approved floatation devices allowed
- There are no arm floaties, floating rafts or pool noodles allowed

Locker Rooms: Effective July 22, 2011 the lockers in the Aquatic Center and Sport Club are now all “bring your own lock”. There are no longer coin operated lockers for use. Please see the front desk staff at either facility if you are interested in renting a locker.
